WEB販売(リフト券・レンタル)のキャンセル手続きは、Webketマイページから行うことができます。
Webketページにログイン後、マイページからキャンセルのお手続きをお願いいたします。
※悪天候等による営業中止の場合、自動キャンセルにはなりませんので、お手数ですがWebketマイページからキャンセルのお手続きをお願いいたします。
※領収書発行済の場合はキャンセルできません。
※事前に発券済みのリフト券は返金できません。
※スクール（レッスン予約）は、マイページからキャンセルはできませんのでご注意くださいませ。

Canceling Online Purchases (Lift Tickets & Rentals)
This guide explains how to cancel online purchases.
Cancellations for online purchases (lift tickets and rentals) can be processed through your Webket My Page.
After logging into the Webket page, please proceed with the cancellation process from your My Page.
*Please note: If operations are suspended due to inclement weather, etc., your reservation will not be automatically canceled. We kindly ask you to cancel via your Webket My Page.
*Cancellations cannot be made if a receipt has already been issued.
*Pre-issued lift tickets are non-refundable.
*Please be advised that school (lesson reservations) cannot be canceled via your My Page.

*预先发行的缆车票不可退款。
